Check in time 3:00 PM, i came around 2:30 PM and the room is not ready yet, after I ask for 3 times, waiting for 1 hour then the room ready but trouble with the door lock. I was booking for mountain view room type, unfortunately when I checked in front desk said there is no more room on the upper floor so he gave me actually WALL VIEW ROOM TYPE around 1.
You came from other town, driving 4 hours, 160 km away expecting you can enjoy the weekend with the view and bad luck happen they put you in this kind of room. See the attachment, I took this photo standing with my hands up high. How come you can enjoy a coffe sitting there with wall in front of you?

And then we had to call again twice in fact because they hung up the first time to be let out with our vehicle just 5 minutes later. An intercom and camera would make this so much better. The receptionist was fairly rude during these transactions.
