Check in time 3:00 PM, i came around 2:30 PM and the room is not ready yet, after I ask for 3 times, waiting for 1 hour then the room ready but trouble with the door lock. I was booking for mountain view room type, unfortunately when I checked in front desk said there is no more room on the upper floor so he gave me actually WALL VIEW ROOM TYPE around 1. You came from other town, driving 4 hours, 160 km away expecting you can enjoy the weekend with the view and bad luck happen they put you in this kind of room.

The receptionist was fairly rude during these transactions. She actually hung up quite abruptly. What a disappointing way to leave.
