With much appreciation, Santika Garut Hotel Management For the first time I felt too much for pay 1 million IDR for stay in here. Check in time 3:00 PM, i came around 2:30 PM and the room is not ready yet, after I ask for 3 times, waiting for 1 hour then the room ready but trouble with the door lock.
I was booking for mountain view room type, unfortunately when I checked in front desk said there is no more room on the upper floor so he gave me actually WALL VIEW ROOM TYPE around 1. You came from other town, driving 4 hours, 160 km away expecting you can enjoy the weekend with the view and bad luck happen they put you in this kind of room. See the attachment, I took this photo standing with my hands up high.

Pretty good sound isolation. Several lighting options in the room - pretty awesome.. Mini bar, but no glasses either.

It was also great to have a chat with Arvi and Agus from the management team and discuss the hotel and future plans. Great to catch up with Mark GM and as always a pleasure to chat with whilst ensuring that we were enjoying our stay and everything was up to the standard he expected which it was and he should be proud to have such an excellent service focused staff who are so positive and attentive to all guests. Dinner in the restaurant was either BBQ or Ala Carte and both were excellent with a large selection for the BBQ which looked fresh and inviting and tasted great.

We were staying at the regular room forgot the name , the one who doesn't have the sea view. However, room are way too small, to the point my medium sized luggage was on the way of the entrance door. Breakfast was amazing especially the smoothie!!
