Check in time 3:00 PM, i came around 2:30 PM and the room is not ready yet, after I ask for 3 times, waiting for 1 hour then the room ready but trouble with the door lock. I was booking for mountain view room type, unfortunately when I checked in front desk said there is no more room on the upper floor so he gave me actually WALL VIEW ROOM TYPE around 1. You came from other town, driving 4 hours, 160 km away expecting you can enjoy the weekend with the view and bad luck happen they put you in this kind of room.

Just a couple of blocks walk to the train station will take you into Milan in about 30 minutes. A 3 day tourist pass is a good value. While the parking is tight, it is secure.
