Not satisfied with the service on how they lied if the room was full. So no professional because they don't want to re-clean the room I just check-in not more than 1 hour, and not use the bathroom yet. About the room, quite clean but so small.

We booked 2 rooms and at the time when we arrived we received the rooms 2 floors apart because we did not request in advance to have nearby rooms. The interesting thing is that one of the keys has to be reseted to another room number than the one that was initially written on it and which was nearby the first room we received. In the room from the ground floor the heat did not work properly and the cleaning was done superficially.
