I almost give a 2 stars' rating in the beginning but then I read some latest positive reviews and hopefully, the hotel management realize how important for them to make a U turn and take a radical action in improving their weaknesses as soon as possible. I can't imagine how this hotel can survive during this tough condition as their own staff did all the reputation damage without anyone realize it.
