The swimming pool is located in the center of patio where I suppose most people hesitate to swim being watched by other guests. I came by train and picked up at the station by a hotel staff, so I didn't need to worry about the safety. I asked for massage service and the receptionist kindly called a massagist from outside, but the massagist was an old woman who tried to take more money from me than she had promised at the beggining.

However, room are way too small, to the point my medium sized luggage was on the way of the entrance door. Breakfast was amazing especially the smoothie!! The papaya smoothie was memorable.

Hotel is also the farthest from the Kuta Beach Walk district. Most importantly, staff is not as friendly as Marriott Legian or Kuta. I am very sorry that you had an unpleasant stay at our resort especially comparing of our friendliness.
