Yg pertama tg 16 october lalu saya memesan kamar Deluxe dan ditempatkan di lt 3 waktu itu saya tanya ada ga kamar di lt 2, penjelasan staff resepsionis kepada saya saat itu menjelaskan lt 2 hanya u type kamar bukan deluxe. Lalu yg mencengangkan tgl 25 October 2019 yg lalu, Kembali saya memesan kamar disana dengan type Deluxe namun herannya saya dan keluarga ditempatkan di lantai 2 dengan type kamar deluxe namun lebih sempit dan sinyal wifi sama sekali tidak terjangkau di kamar ini. Mohon penjelasannya dari pihak hotel kenapa kami dibedakan pada pemesanan kedua dan ketiga.
Tgl 16 Oktober dan tgl 25 Oktober. Dan apa maksud penjelasan dari staff Resepsionis yg bilang ke kami saat tgl 16 Oktober lalu bahwa lt 2 hanya untuk type kamar selain deluxe? Sedangkan di tgl 25 Oktober lalu kami ditempatkan di lt 2 kamar B09.

A few months back we stayed at The Rove City Walk and the restaurant there was aces!! For breakfast lunch and dinner!! Overall The Rove product is top notch but I would look into the restaurant if that is important to you as well This hotel is superb.
