Hotel santika garut. After a while i ordered some lightmeal at swimming pool and waiting for around 1 hour only for light meal but the food is not comin yet. I ask to the staff around me to deliver food to my room and the team made me upset for twice in a row, the food is not comin yet and i call the in room dining why my ordered takes so long but the staff ask me what the order again. After a couple of minutes the food is comin and i ask why its takes so long for light meal only and the staff answer because the team in rush hour.
I cant tolerance because i pay for it! I wish this wouldnt happen with another guest. It is feedback and advices like these that we learn from and use to improve.

Upon our arrival we actually blocked another guest in. There is no buzzer or intercom to enter the parking area. During our final departure, we had to return to the desk, in the rain, to be let in after waiting 5 minutes for it to open.

As for the room, next time i would love to book their beach view suite who apparently has a unique wooden bathtub. But overall, from my experience, still, Katamama wins! Hopefully they will re-open soon.

Eh untuk liburan kali ini ke Garut sudah terencana ding. Lokasinya dari pusat Kota Garut hanya berjarak 25 kilometer dan bisa ditempuh dalam waktu kurang lebih 50 menit jika kondisi jalan tidak macet. Jarak tempuh dari kota Garut sekitar 19 KM ditempuh lebih kurang 30 menit.
