One of my favorite spot in this hotel is swimmingpool, perfectly for chill. The food have a nice taste, specially for their beef bulgogi. At the end I want to say thankyou for mr.

Upon our arrival we actually blocked another guest in. There is no buzzer or intercom to enter the parking area. During our final departure, we had to return to the desk, in the rain, to be let in after waiting 5 minutes for it to open.

It was also great to have a chat with Arvi and Agus from the management team and discuss the hotel and future plans. Great to catch up with Mark GM and as always a pleasure to chat with whilst ensuring that we were enjoying our stay and everything was up to the standard he expected which it was and he should be proud to have such an excellent service focused staff who are so positive and attentive to all guests.
