Check in time 3:00 PM, i came around 2:30 PM and the room is not ready yet, after I ask for 3 times, waiting for 1 hour then the room ready but trouble with the door lock. I was booking for mountain view room type, unfortunately when I checked in front desk said there is no more room on the upper floor so he gave me actually WALL VIEW ROOM TYPE around 1.
You came from other town, driving 4 hours, 160 km away expecting you can enjoy the weekend with the view and bad luck happen they put you in this kind of room. See the attachment, I took this photo standing with my hands up high. How come you can enjoy a coffe sitting there with wall in front of you?
Agape hotel
She actually hung up quite abruptly. What a disappointing way to leave. Beds are not comfy, the bedroom and bathroom are small.
Hotel pullman bali
Eni and her team managed to fix my mood. I also did not expect the premium suite upgrade which I truly appreciate. This premium suite is nice with a great garden view from different directions and the separated living space also useful for me when I'm doing my remote work.

Hopefully they will re-open soon. We loved staying here, and after travelling the world, this would be up there with one of our most favourite places to stay. The staff are all incredible special shout out to Fysh + Ayumi and the minimalistic, sustainable design is like a walking meditation.
