Hotel metropole batu. My dad used to bring me here, now i bring my son, and i hope it will to continue generations to come. I booked the room with 3 bed and asked for an extra bed. The service was VERY good the staffs were very friendly and when i asked for things they brought it as soon as possible but i had some trouble with how dusty the room.
The toilet was pretty clean and big, but the water heater and the shower was awful. I stayed for 2 nights, and it was fine. The breakfast didn't taste good at all.

The only minor issue I found during our 2 nights' stay was the food quality since it fell below standard : I was a bit disappointed and quite surprised with the food quality served during breakfast. I personally expected they would do slightly better since it was a Pullman hotel property, a premium hotel brand under AccorHotels group, but the food they served didn't reflect the hotel's status at all. Well, I was fully aware that Bali was pretty quiet during the time we were staying in Pullman Bali due to last minute movement restriction by the government but I did believe the hotel should be able to do a better job that time.
