I was booking for mountain view room type, unfortunately when I checked in front desk said there is no more room on the upper floor so he gave me actually WALL VIEW ROOM TYPE around 1. You came from other town, driving 4 hours, 160 km away expecting you can enjoy the weekend with the view and bad luck happen they put you in this kind of room.

The parking garage gate is operated by the desk staff. Upon our arrival we actually blocked another guest in. There is no buzzer or intercom to enter the parking area.
