However we stayed here for 3 nights, and booked 2 rooms. First room near the housekeeping place and not really ok. Second room is not like what we have booked , but they said it was like what we booked; the door of the bathroom is broken, and there are some hair maybe from a previous guests or the housekeeping.

We had Room 111 which was a queen and single bed. It was very noisy. The parking gate squealed, the water pipes howled from above, and because the housekeeping closet is right outside that room there was extra shuffling in the morning.

Made it quite hard to swim - the welcome was weird as they didn't mention of any upgrade as a plat Member. I had to ask for a manager to check me in. The view made up for it.
