With much appreciation, Santika Garut Hotel Management For the first time I felt too much for pay 1 million IDR for stay in here. Check in time 3:00 PM, i came around 2:30 PM and the room is not ready yet, after I ask for 3 times, waiting for 1 hour then the room ready but trouble with the door lock. I was booking for mountain view room type, unfortunately when I checked in front desk said there is no more room on the upper floor so he gave me actually WALL VIEW ROOM TYPE around 1.
