I ask to the staff around me to deliver food to my room and the team made me upset for twice in a row, the food is not comin yet and i call the in room dining why my ordered takes so long but the staff ask me what the order again. After a couple of minutes the food is comin and i ask why its takes so long for light meal only and the staff answer because the team in rush hour. I cant tolerance because i pay for it!
I wish this wouldnt happen with another guest. It is feedback and advices like these that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional quality, quantity, and performance especially in the terms of services during your stay, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short.

The parking gate squealed, the water pipes howled from above, and because the housekeeping closet is right outside that room there was extra shuffling in the morning. That was very frustrating. Sleep is important when traveling.

I complained about a noise in the room I was in so there goes the upgrade and I was moved back to a Garden View room for which I had paid. This room was however quiet and I did prefer it to my "upgraded " room that was noisy.
