AC initially not working properly after report it to front desk hotel staff quickly come to the room and check what's wrong, and finally AC working properly and the room quickly become cool, and what make me impressed is the front desk staff calling to the room to ask if everything ok , something that rarely found in the previous hotel i was stayed before. Thanks to Ms Tiara to recheck... Not far from hotel there are satay restaurant, a bit further there are some hawker in 1 area.

Note: saya sudah berusaha minta pindah kamar tetapi jawaban sangat mengecewakan dan hanya kata maaf yang saya terima atau dengan kata lain ya sudah begitu kamarnya dan harap menerima kamar yang tersedia. Kondisi kamar dan toilet yang bersih dan cukup aesthetic, dilengkapi led tv yang cukup besar. Bawa anak pun gak jadi masalah untuk ukuran kamar yang gak terlalu besar.
