Check in time 3:00 PM, i came around 2:30 PM and the room is not ready yet, after I ask for 3 times, waiting for 1 hour then the room ready but trouble with the door lock.
I was booking for mountain view room type, unfortunately when I checked in front desk said there is no more room on the upper floor so he gave me actually WALL VIEW ROOM TYPE around 1. You came from other town, driving 4 hours, 160 km away expecting you can enjoy the weekend with the view and bad luck happen they put you in this kind of room. See the attachment, I took this photo standing with my hands up high.

We were staying at the regular room forgot the name , the one who doesn't have the sea view. However, room are way too small, to the point my medium sized luggage was on the way of the entrance door. Breakfast was amazing especially the smoothie!!
