Hotel santika garut. After my wife finished check in process the reception isn't offering help for our belonging and yes i bring my own belonging to the room but its okay for me. After a while i ordered some lightmeal at swimming pool and waiting for around 1 hour only for light meal but the food is not comin yet. I ask to the staff around me to deliver food to my room and the team made me upset for twice in a row, the food is not comin yet and i call the in room dining why my ordered takes so long but the staff ask me what the order again.
After a couple of minutes the food is comin and i ask why its takes so long for light meal only and the staff answer because the team in rush hour. I cant tolerance because i pay for it! I wish this wouldnt happen with another guest.

She actually hung up quite abruptly. What a disappointing way to leave. Beds are not comfy, the bedroom and bathroom are small.
