I'll come to here again soon. After my wife finished check in process the reception isn't offering help for our belonging and yes i bring my own belonging to the room but its okay for me. After a while i ordered some lightmeal at swimming pool and waiting for around 1 hour only for light meal but the food is not comin yet.

The parking garage gate is operated by the desk staff. Upon our arrival we actually blocked another guest in. There is no buzzer or intercom to enter the parking area.

We hope all our guests are safe and can start to travel to beautiful Bali soon again. We were upgraded to grand deluxe room, but the room although spacious with nice balcony and large bathroom and closets but old with very small TV with rather blurry pictures, not up to the 5star hotel standard, floor was dusty upon our check in so need to wear room slipper. Room sound proof also not really good.
