Warmest Regard, Santika Garut Hotel Management This is my second time spend the 3D2N in Hotel Santika Garut. This place will always be my fav hotel due to it's convinient, vibes and the cool weather.
The hotel building is not too big and wide, comfort me and feels like homey all the time. All the area was clean and the staff was super kind and treated guest very well. My fav spot is the wide, clear, and warm water of swimming pool, both adult and kids pool.
Agape hotel
We booked 2 rooms and at the time when we arrived we received the rooms 2 floors apart because we did not request in advance to have nearby rooms. The interesting thing is that one of the keys has to be reseted to another room number than the one that was initially written on it and which was nearby the first room we received. In the room from the ground floor the heat did not work properly and the cleaning was done superficially.

No amenity for being a Gold Accor Member There loyalty program is very hard to understand, I have never got a 10% members discount at any hotel I have stayed in. I complained about a noise in the room I was in so there goes the upgrade and I was moved back to a Garden View room for which I had paid. This room was however quiet and I did prefer it to my "upgraded " room that was noisy.
