AC initially not working properly after report it to front desk hotel staff quickly come to the room and check what's wrong, and finally AC working properly and the room quickly become cool, and what make me impressed is the front desk staff calling to the room to ask if everything ok , something that rarely found in the previous hotel i was stayed before.
