I asked the receptionist for the issue, I ask for another room availability but she said full. After a discussion with other staffs, she give me another room to check the smell if its the same or not.
The new one have normal smell, so I moved in. Not satisfied with the service on how they lied if the room was full. So no professional because they don't want to re-clean the room I just check-in not more than 1 hour, and not use the bathroom yet.

Hopefully they will re-open soon. We loved staying here, and after travelling the world, this would be up there with one of our most favourite places to stay. The staff are all incredible special shout out to Fysh + Ayumi and the minimalistic, sustainable design is like a walking meditation.
