I got a room in the 1st floor and smells too fragrant even I already open the door and turn on the AC the smells still there till make my head dizzy. I asked the receptionist for the issue, I ask for another room availability but she said full.
After a discussion with other staffs, she give me another room to check the smell if its the same or not. The new one have normal smell, so I moved in. Not satisfied with the service on how they lied if the room was full.
