Service was 5 stars all the way, nothing was too much trouble and eco-friendly too with rain water capture, waste water recycling, 'green' accommodation, raw veg waste composted, cooked waste to the maggot farm for processing and the maggots feed the hens and high percentage of solar power Heaven on earth We have just returned from the island , and after much contemplation i write this review , This is PARADISE on earth , carefully integrated bamboo villas hand in hand with nature , the 20 villas and the bamboo constructions blend into the jungle of dense trees , shrubs and palm trees. Warm and friendly welcome upon arrival by the local staff , who run this property to perfection. Josh well the go to man for everything is a hit with the guests ,information service on hand , a pleasure to talk to and with.

The DODO BAR offers great cocktails at sunset on an elevated deck There is only one restaurant offering locals delicious melas , breakfast , lunch and dinner , the team in the kitchen produce with locally sourced fresh ingredients an array of very tasty dishes , one can choose from slightly western style with a hint of spice and typical Indonesian dishes at breakfast , lunch and dinner, lunch and dinner are 3 course set menus , breakfast , eggs of your choice , or a local breakfast , all prepared with utmost care and are delicious. One cannot navigate around the island, only part at very low tide to the left of the restaurant , one however can walk on the various paths leading to the other villas and Spa. There is NO TV , NO LOUD MUSIC , NO HECTIC , just chilled out guests, relaxing at the pool sipping cocktails and or water ,tea or coffee.
