And then we had to call again twice in fact because they hung up the first time to be let out with our vehicle just 5 minutes later. An intercom and camera would make this so much better. The receptionist was fairly rude during these transactions.

A well designed hotel and service was amazing. We were staying at the regular room forgot the name , the one who doesn't have the sea view. However, room are way too small, to the point my medium sized luggage was on the way of the entrance door.
